Thirty-nine years
on Main Street.

Thirty-nine years
on Main Street.

Three owners, one address and the same idea the whole time: a pharmacist you can talk to, who remembers you next time.

The corner store,
with better tools.

We have added text alerts, a delivery car and a vaccine room over the years. The counter, the phone number and the habit of asking how your mom is doing have not changed.

1987

The doors open

A hometown pharmacist opens a small drugstore at 214 Main St with a soda counter and a single phone line.

2011

A new owner, same counter

Dr. Rachel Owens, who worked her first pharmacy job here in college, buys the store and keeps the name.

2016

Delivery begins

One car, one driver and a promise: free delivery anywhere in Franklin, same day.

2020

A private vaccine room

The old stockroom becomes a quiet room for vaccines and blood pressure checks.

2024

Refills by text

Customers can request refills and get ready alerts by text, no app required.

2026

Four towns and counting

Delivery now reaches Brentwood, Spring Hill and Nolensville.

Rachel grew up two streets over and has run the pharmacy since 2011. She does most of our medication reviews and still answers the phone on busy mornings.

Sam leads the vaccine room and the compounding lab. Parents ask for him by name because he is very good at distracting nervous kids.

Three things
you can hold us to.

Three things
you can hold us to.

A person picks up.

No phone tree. Call during pharmacy hours and someone at the counter answers.

We explain, we don’t rush.

Every new prescription comes with the offer of a real conversation about it.

We know our limits.

When something needs a doctor, we say so plainly and help you get there.
