Using this website
This website gives general information about Main Street Pharmacy and lets you send refill and transfer requests. It is not a substitute for talking with your pharmacist or doctor.
Refill and transfer requests
A request is not filled until a pharmacist has reviewed it
Some prescriptions need a new order from your prescriber before we can fill them
Some medicines cannot be transferred and need a new prescription
We text or call you if anything is missing or needs your attention
Not for emergencies
Do not use website forms, email or text messages for urgent needs. In a medical emergency, call 911. For a possible poisoning, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
Delivery
Free delivery is offered within our listed delivery areas. Time windows are estimates. Some medicines need an adult signature, and deliveries that cannot be completed come back to the store.
Payment and insurance
Copays and any costs not covered by insurance are due at pickup or delivery. We will tell you if your plan does not cover a medicine before we fill it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
